Our Nativity and Santa visit is back for 2018. Start by spending time on the farm visiting all the farm animals. Sing a song to Rudolph then visit our Nativity scene in our lovely old stables. There's a real donkey, of course! The first Christmas story is told with children taking part and everyone is invited to sing Little Donkey. Next, wake up Santa who is sleeping by his woodburner. He has a little chat with all his young visitors and there's a small gift.
Taking part in our Christmas activities is included in the normal farm admission. However, there is a surcharge of £3.00 to cover the cost of the gift.
The first Nativity and Santa of the day starts 11.30am at weekends and 1.30pm mid week (except Friday 21st when weekend hours apply). Last session is always 3.00pm.
Christmas Eve we close early so last Nativity and Santa runs 10.00am to 2.00pm.
The farm is then closed until 2nd Jan, although The Big Play Barn will be opening for play on the 27th December and will then only close on New Year's Day and New Year's Eve mid-late afternoon.
General public: no pre-booking required but official groups please contact us for more details and booking.
PLEASE NOTE: The Big Play Barn run their own Christmas event, The Santa Experience, which includes a meal with Santa, Mrs Claus and the elves. This does require pre-booking: see their website www.bigplaybarn.com for full details.
